Penn State Altoona’s Career Services is offering a Career Connections Virtual Series with two virtual sessions on Monday, March 18.
The second session will take place from 2:30 to 3:15 p.m. via Zoom. Representatives from the Jewish Healthcare Foundation will discuss opportunities such as BH Fellows, Feinstein Fellowships, and internships.
The BH Fellows program focuses on increasing the workforce in the mental health field, while supporting fellows with student loan forgiveness of up to $45,000.
Feinstein Fellowships provide undergraduates, graduates, and working professionals in the healthcare field with opportunities that supplement what is learned in the academic setting. Internship opportunities focus on aligning students with practical work experiences that offer hands-on learning.
